Drew teDuits ’11 Makes a Splash

Recruited by UW-Madison and now completing his senior year there, Andrew “Drew” teDuits ’11 has been considered one of the top collegiate backstroke swimmers as well as a key member of the school’s relay teams. At the end of his freshman year, he was included in the 2012 U.S. Olympic team trials. This year, in the 200 meter backstroke, Drew took 5th place at the Big 10 Championships in February and 6th place at the NCAA Division I Men’s Championships in March.

As an All-American, Drew’s time in the pool has accompanied a strong academic career and as he graduates this spring, his plans are to attend dental school in the fall.
